DEFINITIONS

• “EMAIL MARKETING” – Info-product launches, includes any situation or agreement in which Portal Diário do Norte sends one or more text messages to an electronic address regarding the services.
• “USER” is any individual – aged 18 (eighteen) or older, the sole holder, and holder of a valid electronic address registered on the platform – PROVIDER; which supports the electronic mail (EMAIL) service provided by the same in our “QUIZ.”
• “OPT-IN” refers to registering, subscribing, requesting, agreeing, and consenting to receiving one or more electronic messages from our team.
• “MEMIVI” means the blog that manages the dispatch of EMAILS with Info-product content.

TERMS

By registering through our “QUIZ” and “ACTIVATING” our notification/message services – Info-products, by PROVIDING your email to the Blog Portal Diário do Norte, you (USER) agree and accept the conditions of these terms: We value the “unique” relationship with our USERS; therefore, these terms are conditioned to the USER’s waiver of composing any COLLECTIVE ACTION. Also, in case of disagreement by the USER in part or in whole of these terms, we will present the ARBITRATION solution (Law No. 9,307 of 1996) before any judicial solution.

ENFORCEABILITY

By registering in our “QUIZ,” clicking on “Opt-In,” you affirm that you agree to all the terms and conditions contained in this Email Marketing Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and General Terms and Conditions of Use. Furthermore, you declare to be over 18 years old, be the holder, subscriber, and sole owner of the email provided at the time of registration, authorizing the receipt of emails sent by the portal.

PROVIDERS

The dispatches of EMAILS, with Info-product content, are available to any provider that offers the service according to international security standards and in accordance with Brazilian legislation.

STOP RECEIVING MESSAGES

To ensure transparency in offering content with info-products through email dispatches, we provide – in the body of the message, the option to interrupt the receipt of future emails, with the following message: “We send free content to help you in your financial life, if you no longer want it, just click here.” However, if you return to the “QUIZ” and register your email again, you will “ACTIVATE” the receipt of new messages and agree to these terms.

TECHNOLOGIES ENSURING DATA TREATMENT

Our focus is on your security; thus, we use international and national parameters to ensure the protection of your information and personal data. These are “preventive” measures aimed at ensuring a level of security in accordance with the Law. Additionally, we take the main measures in the information security, administrative and technology sector; employee awareness – compliance, encryption, SSL, and DdoS. Promoting the protection of your personal data, managing an internal treatment cycle for secure and correct deletion.

DATA REGULATION

By agreeing to receive our email dispatch, you accept the conditions for the collection, processing, and storage of your data – electronic address, regulated by the General Data Protection Law – LGPD (Law No. 13,709 of 2018). However, you can REVOKE your consent to the treatment and storage of the data at any time by sending messages to the email address.

APPLICABLE LEGISLATION

The applicable legislation in this contract will be that which fits and is in force in Brazil. In conflicts between the USER and the Info-product portal (Blog Portal Diário do Norte), the preference order will follow Law No. 9,307 of 1996 – Arbitration, safeguarding the provisions of Law No. 8,078 of 1990 – Consumer Defense Code.

VENUE

In case of refusal to compose the Arbitration for conflict resolution with the USER, the venue to resolve any judicial conflicts will be the city of Belo Horizonte – MG.
